If you are a US resident and redeem for $600 or more during a calendar year, you must provide us with your Tax Information. The IRS requires us to report this information to them by the deadline each year.
When our system detects that your redemption total is close to the $600 threshold, you will be prompted to provide this information during the redemption process. You must fill in all the required information and click ‘Save’ in order to proceed with your order.
You may also provide/update your Tax information at any time convenient for you by following the steps below:
1. Login to your account
2. Click on Redeem
3. Click on My Rewards
4. Click on ‘Change Tax Info’
5. Fill in all required information
6. Click ‘Save’
Once you have provided the required information, a 1099 form will be sent to you via postal mail, before the deadline during tax season, to use when filing your taxes.
